Effective August 9, 2026

Privacy Policy

The Service is designed for private operations and processes only the information needed to authorize accounts and upload approved content.

1. Information processed

When an account owner authorizes the Service, the Service may process basic account information returned by the platform, such as an account identifier, display name, and avatar. It may also process authorization tokens, approved media files, captions, upload status, and technical error logs.

2. How information is used

3. Legal and operational basis

Information is processed at the request of the account owner or authorized operator and only for the publishing functions they initiate or approve.

4. Sharing

The Service does not sell personal information. Information is shared only with the connected platform as necessary to perform authorized actions, with infrastructure providers needed to operate the Service, or when required by law.

5. Storage and security

Authorization tokens and operational data are restricted to the private operating environment. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to reduce unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

6. Retention

Authorization information is retained only while an account remains connected or while required for security and troubleshooting. Upload logs are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for operational verification. Data may be deleted earlier when access is revoked or removal is requested.

7. Account owner choices

Account owners may revoke platform authorization at any time through their platform settings. They may also ask the administrator who granted access to disconnect the account and remove associated operational data.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children and is not offered for public registration.

9. Changes to this policy

This Policy may be updated to reflect security, operational, legal, or platform changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.

10. Questions and deletion requests

Questions, revocation requests, or data-deletion requests should be directed to the administrator who granted access to the Service.
