Terms of Service

Eo Sà Social Manager is a private tool available only to approved operators and creator accounts that explicitly authorize access.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms govern access to Eo Sà Social Manager (“the Service”). By authorizing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not authorize or use the Service.

2. Authorized use

The Service may be used only to manage media for accounts owned or controlled by the operator, or for accounts whose owners have explicitly granted authorization. Users must comply with applicable law, platform rules, intellectual-property rights, and community guidelines.

3. Content responsibility

Users retain responsibility for the videos, captions, metadata, and other content they submit. Users represent that they have the rights and permissions required to upload and publish that content. The Service does not claim ownership of user content.

4. Account authorization

Access to a creator account is established through the platform’s authorization process. Authorization may be revoked by the account owner. Users must not attempt to access accounts without permission or bypass access controls.

5. Prohibited conduct

6. Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis for private operations. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn to protect accounts, comply with platform requirements, or maintain security.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when authorization is revoked, these Terms are violated, or continued operation creates legal, security, or platform-compliance risk.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is an independent tool and is not endorsed by or affiliated with TikTok. Third-party platforms operate under their own terms and policies.

9. Privacy

Use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Questions

Questions or access-removal requests should be directed to the administrator who granted access to the Service.
